Take a step back from the heat of summer and transition into fall with grace.
Join Sangha for our 2nd annual five day fall cleanse! As we journey into fall, take five days to slow down and ground yourself. If you're feeling signs of fatigue, indigestion, inflammation, anger, headaches, constipation, diarrhea, food allergies or bloating, these symptoms can be your body letting you know it's time to take a break and have a gentle cleanse.
Upon registration, you'll receive a PDF packet of information about the cleanse. From there, you purchase your food and cook it for the week. During the week leading up to the cleanse, you'll work to eliminate "food crutches" you may currently have in your diet (sugar, caffeine, heavy meat consumption, etc). You'll take this week to prep for the five day cleanse.
Through these five days, you'll notice your body becoming more balanced. You'll begin to crave foods that are suitable for your digestion instead of things that bring you out of balance. However, this cleanse is not only about your digestion with food. It also focuses on how you mentally digest your surroundings. We'll work to turn inward through meditation practices, journaling, and yoga.
We'll have a Fall Cleanse FB group to encourage you through the week. To further support you, you'll have access to email & text with Alex Maurer, Ayurvedic Health Counselor and Sangha Studio to answer any questions.
